How do I register as a Buyer or Supplier?
To get started, click the Sign Up button and choose whether you’re a Supplier or Buyer/Manufacturer. After verifying your email, you’ll be redirected to your personalized dashboard where you can complete your profile and begin posting.
Is it free to post orders or list my factory?
Yes. All core features — including posting orders, listing products, and sharing factory capacity — are 100% free.
Can I use the platform if I don’t own a factory?
Absolutely. You can join as a buyer, brand, trader, or accessories supplier. Whether you want to place orders, find factories, or resell stock lots — we welcome all garment industry professionals.
How do I contact a buyer or supplier?
Once you’re logged in, you can view contact details on any approved post. All communication takes place directly between you and the other party — no middlemen involved.
How long will my posts stay visible?
All approved posts remain active for 30 days. You’ll get a reminder before expiration so you can update or repost.
Are the suppliers verified?
Yes. All supplier profiles go through a basic verification process. We also display their certifications, facilities, and approvals so you can evaluate them transparently.
I posted something — why isn't it showing?
All posts go through admin review to ensure quality and trust. Once approved, your post will be visible under the respective section (e.g., Find Supplier, Get Orders, etc.).
Can I favorite posts to check later?
Yes. Logged-in users can favorite any post and access them later via the Favourites tab in their dashboard.
