These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.sourceyoursupplier.com (the “Platform”), operated by Source Your Supplier Limited, a registered Private Limited Company. By accessing or using this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use this Platform.

  • Users must register with accurate and truthful information.

  • Each user must register as either a Supplier or Buyer/Manufacturer.

  • Multiple roles (Buyer + Factory) may be managed under a single account structure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

  • Users may sign up using Email or Google Authentication.

  • Email verification is mandatory before full access is granted.

  • Upon successful login, users are redirected to a role-specific dashboard.

  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Profile Requirements

  • Access to platform features is conditional upon completing the appropriate profile:

    • Company Profile for suppliers

    • Buyer Profile or Factory Profile for manufacturers

  • Incomplete profiles will restrict access to posting functionalities.

5. Content Submission and Listings

  • Users may publish posts in the following categories:

    • Get Orders

    • Find Factory

    • List Your Product

    • Stock Lot

  • All posts are subject to manual moderation and will remain in “Pending” status until approved.

  • Posts expire automatically after 30 calendar days from the date of approval.

  • Users may edit their posts, which will resubmit the content for moderation.

6. Contact Information and Communication Consent

  • Users agree that their contact information (Name, Email, Phone) submitted during registration or in their profile will be visible to other logged-in users on the Platform.

  • By using this Platform, you consent to being contacted for business communication by other verified users.

  • Users shall not use contact information for unsolicited marketing, harassment, or irrelevant communication.

7. Platform Use & Responsibilities

  • The Platform serves solely as a digital intermediary between buyers, manufacturers, suppliers, and factories.

  • Source Your Supplier Limited does not participate in or guarantee the execution or outcome of any transaction, agreement, or business relationship initiated through the Platform.

  • Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, legality, and credibility of other users.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content.

  • Impersonate another business or individual.

  • Submit false capacity, fake orders, or misrepresent product details.

  • Harass or spam other users using contact information obtained via the Platform.

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, branding, and platform features are the intellectual property of Source Your Supplier Limited or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or republish platform content or data without written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts:

  • Upon breach of these Terms,

  • If false, harmful, or unethical content is detected,

  • If users misuse contact data or the platform for non-business purposes.

All decisions related to account suspension or removal are at the sole discretion of the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Source Your Supplier Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.

  • We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or representations of any users.

12. Data Privacy

  • Users’ data is stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Contact details are shared only with logged-in users as part of the intended business interaction model.

13. Amendments
